Pick-up & Delivery Policy

When choosing pickup, orders must be picked up between store hours or at agreed times. Please call ahead at (905) 301-4849 if you are running early or late. Once the order has left our hands, we are no longer responsible for any damage caused. Proper care instructions will be provided upon pickup. 

When choosing delivery, we use third party services that do not guarantee delivery times. If the delivery must absolutely reach at a certain time, please let us know before hand, this request may come with a higher delivery charge. 

Our delivery service provider will make 2 sincere attempts to reach you by phone when making deliveries. If the package contains items that do not require refrigeration, the package may be left in a spot deemed adequate by the service provider. We do not guarantee the condition of the package hereafter. If you are unavailable, the package will be bought back to our store at 216 Queen Street South, Unit A, Mississauga, ON L5M 1L5. If the delivery attempt was unsuccessful and the package is bought back to the store, we will contact you to either schedule a pickup or delivery. Additional charges may apply.
